Freeman Auditorium, Engagement Space, HUB-Robeson Center
Lightning Round Presentations
The Student Engagement Expo invites undergraduates to speak about how engagement has impacted their lives and academic careers. During the lightning presentations, students will share their stories and how engagement has transformed their thinking. If you’re interested in being a presenter for this event, please fill out and submit a presenter proposal request for the lightning presentations. Lightning presentations are designed to be quick and engaging, lasting no more than five minutes. Presenters will be selected and scheduled to speak between 6 and 7 p.m.
Student Poster Session
Any students interested in presenting the work and impact of their engagement experience in traditional poster format are invited to submit a poster submission form. The poster session will be held in Art Alley, next to the Engagement Space in the HUB-Robeson Center, between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Times will be assigned to all presenters.
Student Photo Submission
See your photo featured in the Engagement Space and online at #engagepennstate. Submit a photo from a recent student engagement experience that tells part of your story. Submissions should include your name, graduation year, major, a title for the experience, the location where the photo was taken, and a quote about your experience.
Engagement Space Open House
A limited number of student orgs/groups will be invited to host a table in the all new Engagement Space to promote the impact and benefit of their engagement work. Any club interested in reserving a table or time can contact the Student Engagement Network at firstname.lastname@example.org.
